Would You Like to See Your Clinical Case On This Blog?
The Dental Implant Blog would love to feature your clinical work. Cases can be posted here on the blog. ICOI member dentists will receive priority posting, of course. If you would like to present your case, please send the following:
- Non-identifying patient photos or radiographs(.jpg,.bmp format) or if they are identifying, a signed release must accompany it.
- Videos are acceptable but please upload them to a video service such as Youtube.com or Photobucket.com. The blog cannot host video.
- Any narrative or brief descriptions you wish to accompany the pictures.
Please make sure the patient’s identity cannot be determined. This means avoid full face pictures or panning out on your video. If your patient’s face is visible, and he or she has no problem with having their case posted on the blog, contact me and I will send you a release form that the patient needs to sign. This release form is necessary if the patient’s identity is evident in any of the supporting documentation. Remember - your pictures will be visible for anyone to see.
I look forward to working with you to show the world your clinical skills. Please contact me for further information at teresaduncan–at–verizon-dot-net (without the dashes)
