		<description>Excellent job.  Amazingly difficult to get the message out there and the articles into the journals.  My wife (a DV nurse) and I co-wrote an article for the Journal of the Canadian Dental Association on the topic as well.  The cause can not be trumpeted enough.  Remind all you&#039;re readers that they are already seeing these patient (even if they don&#039;t know it) but have to ask the questions and look for the signs.  I now ask all of my female TMJ and trauma patients about it.</description>
