Georgie Ann Geyer has sued two Chicago dentists for failure to diagnose her oral cancer. The cancer eventually spread to her lymph nodes and she has had to have extensive surgery to remove all traces. A biopsy was taken from her cheek and resulted in a diagnosis of a common skin disorder. It’s odd though because she reported a painful lesion on her tongue. A year after that a biopsy came back with squamous cell carcinoma. She’s suing two dentists for $50,000 each.
